MOENV adopts dpp.gs as the national DPP platform — operated by Sensoneo and framed by MOENV (brand, domain moenv.dpp.gs, governance). Sensoneo ingests and syncs Taiwan products via the MOENV DPP API; one passport record serves the Taiwan view and EU compliance.
The manufacturer / importer opens a tenant account.
Identifier (GTIN / EPC / UUID), model, materials, substances, energy data.
Battery / electronics fields, Declaration of Conformity, documents (some authority-only).
Each laptop and battery gets a serial number — for a unit-level passport.
The QR is printed on the product / packaging. It resolves to the public passport.
The passport renders in zh-TW and EN — product, materials, documents.
An authorized service provider adds repair / refurbishment per serial; a recycler / authority records end-of-life.
The passport as a single source of data for reporting.
