WARNING: High voltage. Disassembly must only be performed by authorised recycling facilities with appropriate certifications for lithium battery handling.
1. Pre-disassembly
- Discharge the pack to below 5% SoC using an approved discharge system
- Verify voltage is below 60V DC between HV+ and HV− terminals
- Disconnect all communication and auxiliary connectors
- Allow the pack to reach ambient temperature
2. Disassembly sequence
- Remove top cover (12× M6, 8 Nm) — estimated time: 8 min
- Remove BMS module (4× M4, 3 Nm) — estimated time: 5 min
- Remove cell module interconnects (busbars) — estimated time: 12 min
- Remove individual cell modules (4× M8 per module, 22 Nm) — estimated time: 20 min
- Remove thermal management system — estimated time: 10 min
- Total estimated disassembly time: 45 minutes

4. EU waste code
This product is classified under European Waste Catalogue code 16 06 05 (Other batteries and accumulators). Must be handled as hazardous waste by licensed operators.
5. Deposit return scheme
This product participates in the EU battery deposit return scheme under Battery Regulation 2023/1542. Return to any authorised collection point or contact Test Manufacturer s.r.o. for free take-back.

1. Pred rozobratím
- Vybite balík pod 5% SoC pomocou schváleného systému vybitia
- Overte, že napätie je pod 60V DC
2. Poradie rozobratia
- Zložte vrchný kryt (12× M6) — odhadovaný čas: 8 min
- Zložte BMS modul — odhadovaný čas: 5 min
- Zložte jednotlivé moduly článkov — odhadovaný čas: 20 min
- Celkový odhadovaný čas rozobratia: 45 minút
3. Kód odpadu EÚ
Kód Európskeho katalógu odpadov: 16 06 05. Musí byť spracovaný ako nebezpečný odpad.
