The producer declares, under sole responsibility, that the packaging identified above conforms to the applicable requirements of Articles 5 to 12 of Regulation (EU) 2025/40. Technical documentation per Annex VII is retained and available to market-surveillance authorities on request.

Výrobca na svoju výhradnú zodpovednosť vyhlasuje, že vyššie identifikovaný obal je v zhode s príslušnými požiadavkami článkov 5 až 12 nariadenia (EÚ) 2025/40. Technická dokumentácia podľa Prílohy VII je uchovávaná a na požiadanie dostupná orgánom dohľadu nad trhom.
