This repair manual is intended for authorised service technicians only. Improper handling of lithium battery packs can result in fire, explosion or serious injury.
1. Safety before repair
- Always disconnect the high-voltage connector before beginning any work
- Use insulated gloves rated for minimum 1000V
- Allow the pack to cool to below 30°C before disassembly
- Work in a ventilated area — off-gassing may occur in damaged cells
- Have a Class D fire extinguisher nearby
2. Required tools

3. Replacing a cell module
- Record state of charge (SoC) — must be below 20% before module removal
- Remove top cover (12× M6 hex bolts, 8 Nm)
- Disconnect BMS harness connector (yellow, 24-pin)
- Remove cell module retaining bolts (4× M8, 22 Nm)
- Slide module out along guide rails
- Insert replacement module — verify cell chemistry matches (NMC 811)
- Reconnect BMS harness and torque all bolts to specification
- Run BMS calibration cycle before returning to service
4. Spare parts
Order spare parts at voltcore.eu/parts/TM-EV-75E. Use only VoltCore-certified replacement modules. Third-party cells void the warranty and may violate UN3480 transport regulations.

1. Bezpečnosť pred opravou
- Vždy odpojte vysokonapäťový konektor pred začatím akejkoľvek práce
- Používajte izolované rukavice s minimálnym hodnotením 1000V
- Nechajte balík vychladnúť pod 30°C pred rozobratím
- Pracujte vo vetranom priestore — poškodené články môžu uvoľňovať plyny
2. Výmena modulov článkov
- Zaznamenajte stav nabitia (SoC) — pred vybratím modulu musí byť pod 20%
- Odpojte BMS harness konektor (žltý, 24-pin)
- Zasuňte náhradný modul — overte zhodu chémie článkov (NMC 811)
- Znovu pripojte BMS harness a utiahnite všetky skrutky na predpísaný moment

2. Austausch eines Zellmoduls
- Ladezustand (SoC) erfassen — muss vor Modulentnahme unter 20% liegen
- BMS-Kabelbaum-Stecker trennen (gelb, 24-polig)
- Ersatzmodul einsetzen — Zellchemie prüfen (NMC 811)
- BMS-Kabelbaum wieder anschließen und alle Schrauben auf Drehmoment anziehen
