1. Design description
The TM-EV-75E-2024 uses a modular NMC 811 cell architecture arranged in a 96S4P configuration (96 cells in series, 4 in parallel), providing 400V nominal voltage and 75kWh usable capacity. The pack is housed in an IP67-rated aluminium enclosure with integrated thermal management.

Methodology: ISO 14067:2018. Carbon footprint declared as kg CO₂ equivalent per functional unit (one 75kWh battery pack). = 109.3 kg CO₂/kWh. Third-party verified by TÜV Rheinland, April 2024.
4. Supply chain due diligence
Critical raw materials sourcing complies with EU Critical Raw Materials Act 2024/1252. Cobalt sourced from certified mines in DR Congo (ITSCI programme). Lithium sourced from Chile under signed responsible sourcing agreement. Full supply chain report available at the supply chain due diligence URL.
