The VoltCore TM-EV-75E-2024 is a 75kWh NMC 811 lithium-ion battery pack designed for electric vehicle and industrial energy storage applications. It provides 400V nominal output, 1500+ cycle life at 80% depth of discharge, and complies with EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542.

3. Installation
- Verify that the vehicle or system is fully de-energised before installation
- Mount the pack in the designated enclosure — do not modify the mounting points
- Connect high-voltage cables per the wiring diagram (see Technical Documentation)
- Connect BMS communication harness (CAN bus, 24-pin)
- Perform BMS initialisation sequence — refer to the BMS software manual
- Verify all cell voltages are within ±10mV before first charge
4. Charging
- Use only CCS2 or CHAdeMO compatible chargers rated for 400V systems
- Maximum charge rate: 150 kW (DC fast charge)
- For storage longer than 30 days, maintain SoC between 20–50%
5. Warranty
This product is covered by an 8-year warranty from the date of manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, use of non-approved chargers, or physical damage. Contact [email protected] for warranty claims.
