The subscription covers hosting and delivery of your passports: the public viewer in 28 languages, QR and GS1 DataMatrix generation, the resolver behind every code, Declaration of Conformity generation, version history and the audit log. Capacity is counted in products, where one product is one passport; variants of the same product are not counted separately.
The subscription provides the platform. The three engagements below are delivered by our team and are priced separately.
Verification in the EU DPP Registry is a prerequisite for registering any passport, and it is the stage at which most onboardings are delayed — typically for reasons unrelated to the product itself. The critical dependency is the qualified electronic seal. A certificate supplied as a software file produces only an advanced signature and is refused; Adobe Acrobat applies a non-PAdES format by default; and a single character of difference between the registered name and the certificate invalidates the submission. dpp.gs is an authorised reseller of the QSeal, which allows the certificate and the signing of the declaration to be handled in a single engagement rather than across three parties.
You provide the source material — spreadsheets, supplier declarations, test reports and technical documentation — and our team produces the passports and keeps them current. This is consistently the most underestimated part of a passport programme: platform configuration is measured in days, while collecting and reconciling supplier data is measured in quarters.

Maintenance covers data and document updates, issuing new passport versions, and populating fields that a new delegated act renders mandatory. Passports for new products are charged at the rates opposite. A platform subscription is required; the service is delivered on the platform and does not replace it.
For consultancies, producer responsibility organisations and authorised representatives serving their own clients: partner pricing, a dashboard in which each client is held separately, white-label deployment, SSO against your identity provider, ERP and PIM integration, and platform modifications where your workflow requires them. Priced per arrangement following a scoping discussion.
No. Plans start at €9.90 a month for two products, a level set deliberately low so that an evaluation can be carried out on real product data rather than a demonstration account. For larger rollouts, please contact us.
One product is one passport, identified by one identifier. Variants of the same product are held under a single passport, so a garment sold in five sizes and three colours counts as one product rather than fifteen.
No. You may complete enrolment yourself, and the full procedure is documented on this site at no charge. The engagement exists because the qualified electronic seal is the step at which most onboardings are delayed, and because we are able to supply the certificate directly as an authorised reseller.
Updates to data and documents, issuing new versions of existing passports, and populating fields that become mandatory under a new delegated act. Creation of passports for new products is charged at the onboarding rate and is not absorbed into the maintenance fee.
Plans may be changed at any time and the difference is prorated. On termination, all data exports as CSV and JSON-LD, the passport URLs remain yours, and our schemas and OpenAPI specification are MIT-licensed. Migrating away should cost you a project, not your identifiers.
Because ten per cent is the discount we apply. It is stated as such rather than as "two months free", which would imply 16.7%.
Tell us what you manufacture and which markets you sell into, and we will set out what is required of you — including where, at present, nothing is.
