Non-EU Producers & Authorised Representatives

Producers outside the EU cannot themselves become a verified Economic Operator: the qualified electronic seal that verification requires is issued to EU legal entities, and the operator identifier is an EU one. The split is therefore simple — you supply the product data, and your EU importer or Authorised Representative carries the identity, the seal and the responsibility on the EU market. We will guide you through both halves, and we can provide the EU-side entity ourselves.
