Producers from the EU and importers into the EU have to obtain the status of Economic Operator. We will guide you through the process — from getting your QSeal online (mandatory to sign the EU registry declaration), through onboarding to the dpp.gs platform, to creating your first digital product or battery passport. Do it yourself, through your trusted consultant, or give our team of experts the trust to guide you through. You may start with two processes in parallel: registration as an Economic Operator in the EU DPP Registry, and registration as the Admin in the Digital Product Passport platform DPP.GS.

Download the declaration
The Registry generates it for you, already sealed by the Commission.

Get your QSeal and sign
A legal person signs with a qualified electronic seal (QSeal); a sole trader with a qualified electronic signature. You can order the seal and do the signing through us — we are an authorised reseller.

Upload the declaration
Signing happens outside the Registry; you bring the sealed file back in.

Get verified
Valid until your identification means expire — never longer than 3 years. After that you repeat it, or you can no longer register or modify passports.

Assign DPP.GS as your Service Provider
A verified operator may authorise a verified third party to register on its behalf — this is what lets you publish from our platform.
